- Sort out Cyprus aphid by spraying with Ludwig’s Insect Spray against the stem and branches. Give your conifers a monthly treatment through to August.
- Freeze proof your soil by digging in compost.
- Bring colour indoors with Primula acaulis, Cineraria, Cyclamen, tuberous Begonias, and Kalanchoes. Keep in good light, but no direct sun, do not over water and feed them every two weeks with a liquid plant food like Margaret Roberts Organic Supercharger.
- Check the stakes and ties of your trees.
